溥仪晚年开皇帝菜单,很多白领不屑,讨厌吃得很无味

在看了很多古装剧后,上面的说法并不稀奇,但清宫剧都省略了皇帝的吃法,这不是没有戏拍,而是真的很难拍出来。溥仪说,皇帝没时间吃饭,想吃,随便点了一顿uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

《溥仪饭排不大,他在书上发表了《宣统四年二月粗卷》,即皇帝的菜谱,记载了30多道菜,分别是:蒸鸡、三只鲜鸭、五把鸡、炖肉、炖柿子、炖肉白菜、炖羊肉、羊肉炖菠菜豆腐、樱桃山药、驴肉炖白菜、羊肉片炒萝卜、鸭条海参、鸭肉子子子子子子、砂锅、砂锅菜、猪片子子子、羊圈、羊排、春卷、炒猪肉、熏肉、豆腐丝、肉丝、肉干、猪肉干、炒肉、肉丝在当时的人们眼中,这是相当丰富的一顿饭,甚至可以吃一年的家庭口粮。

更令人费解的是,溥仪根本不吃这些饭菜,因为这些菜是由皇家餐厅至少提前一天准备的,而且用小火取暖。虽然看起来不错,但味道不好。溥仪说,清朝自光绪年间,基本上不靠这些菜来充饥,尤其是在夏天。

溥仪的饭菜是由太后或太妃亲自送来的,因为他们都有自己的特殊餐厅,以及专门的高级厨师。菜多以荤菜和荤菜为主。许多人有清淡的蔬菜。
